For over twenty-five years, Sandy Menaquale was a trailblazer within Eli Lilly and Company. Sandy had many firsts within her career: First female district manager; first female Pricing Manager negotiating hospital contracts worth over $20,000,000 with hospital CFO’s in corporate buying groups around the country. She was the Six Sigma Leader for Eli Lilly and Company’s implementation into Jack Welsh’s performance theory. Sandy's picture is on display on the Wall of Fame at Eli Lilly Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana for her many “firsts” contributions. Sandy continues to mentor and coach many other young professionals and she continues to enjoy a vibrant post-Eli Lilly life.
Sandy received her BA in English and American Studies from Mt. Holyoke College and her MBA from LaSalle University.
