Golliday is founder and president of Polaris Group, a senior management consultancy that creates strategic focus to help entrepreneurial companies get better results faster. He is a senior executive with more than 40 years of experience in building businesses in Consumer Products, Information Services and Health Care from leadership positions in general management, marketing, client sales/service and product development in large, mid-size and small companies.
He started his business career at Procter & Gamble where he developed BOLD 3, a major product innovation that reversed a long-term brand decline. He was Director of Product Development, Director of Marketing and a member of the management team that turned around the Arm & Hammer division and took it from $57MM to $353MM. As Senior VP at Information Resources, he was responsible for clients that included Unilever, Novartis, M&M Mars, Reckitt & Colman and for business development of Wall Street consumer products analysts. Golliday concluded his corporate career as Managing Director/CMO of REMEDY/MediZine magazines where he helped double revenue and profit.
Golliday has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
