Hegge-Kleiser has 28 years of senior corporate executive experience with three major global companies in organizational development, employee relations, executive development/training, and recruiting. At The Thomson Corporation as SVP-Human Resources for Thomson Tax and Accounting, she oversaw the HR integration of five business units and multiple business acquisitions. During her 13 years at American Express, she led global training and development programs as the VP-Center for Learning Effectiveness, instituted corporate-wide leadership and quality improvement programs as the VP-Quality/Leadership Initiatives, led the HR function for the Traveler's Cheque business as VP-Human Resources, and was the VP-Staffing at Travel Related Services.
Hegge-Kleiser has a bachelor's degree in journalism/political science from South Dakota State University, with postgraduate work at the Indiana University School of Business and the School of Organizational Development at Columbia University. She's a certified Change Management Consultant and a Master Trainer in Situational Leadership, and she was a contributing author for the book Managing Quality in America's Most Admired Companies.
