Mr. Vincent E. Grewatz was selected for the Senior Executive Service in July 2013, and currently serves as the Director of Installation Management Command (IMCOM) – Training. He is responsible for execution of installation management programs of fifteen active U.S. Army installations and Joint Bases supporting Army Training and Doctrine Command, the Army War College, and the US Military Academy.
Mr. Grewatz leads a directorate staff and garrison teams that provide support for 950,000 service members, family members, retirees, and civilians. He oversees execution by 5,900 professionals of over $1B in Appropriated and Nonappropriated funds including $700M in contracts annually. He supports Army training and readiness activities on 930K acres of land and 175M square feet of facilities in 12 states.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Grewatz served as the Regional Business Director for the North Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he provided executive leadership and direction for the Division’s six districts in the U.S. and Europe. He provided regional governance, business transformation, strategic communication, technical engineering, and financial management of mission support to more than 50 Army and Air Force installations; federal, state, and local governments and agencies across 14 U.S. states, Europe and Africa.
