Jon Klem currently is Chairman of the Board of Flow Applications. He has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management with large and small technology companies. Jon has been an executive officer in two public companies and the CEO of a private equity backed technology provider. His experience spans both domestic and international responsibilities in government and private sector markets, partnership management and new business development. Jon was part owner of a company providing cyber security services to the Federal Market. Jon served as President and CEO for Gelco Information Network. His responsibilities included all aspects of general management including profit and loss, strategic direction and sales and marketing for the leading provider of expense management solutions.
Prior to joining Gelco, Jon served as Vice President and General Manager of PeopleSoft Federal. His responsibilities included all sales, services, alliances and product strategy. Jon also served as the Senior Vice President of Consulting at Federal Sources, Inc., where he was responsible for managing the consulting division of this Federal market research and consulting company.
He also held executive positions in business development at Planning Research Corporation, now a part of Northrup Grumman. He began his career with Computer Sciences Corporation after serving in the Army as a Military Intelligence Officer.
He graduated Knox College with a BA in International Relations and is a Distinguished Military Graduate. He is an Emeritus board member of the Make a Wish Foundation of the Mid Atlantic.
