Jacquelyn  Ross


Ross established a career in a variety of financial areas throughout a 26 year career with Union Carbide (Praxair, Inc.). Her work included multiple controller positions and several special projects to integrate acquisitions, including the significant improvement of financial performance, establishing a Supply Chain Management group to negotiate non-traditional contracts such as employee benefit and IT, and management of a North American information system design and implementation.

Ross worked in public accounting before becoming the first woman hired by Union Carbide for a controller position in 1982. Ross retired in 2008, and she has since done some business consulting and taken a number of classes through the Christopher Wren Association.
