Margaret Liptay is currently the founder and CEO of MLC Consulting, LLC. Her firm specializes in providing leadership consulting services to firms who articulate a need for executive leadership development and coaching, talent alignment, cross generational synergy creation and skills in engaging and accelerating emerging leader’s careers.  Margaret has taught graduate studies at Fordham University's Graduate School of Business in New York City. There she taught Leadership and Change and Team Dynamics. Fordham's Executive MBA program has been ranked in the top 25 in the country. Margaret enjoyed a long and rich career at Marsh & McLennan Cos. {MMC}, the world largest professional services firm. Her last position there was as Managing Director /Los Angeles Operations of Marsh Inc. which is MMC's largest subsidiary. She led this office/region - the 3rd largest-managing over $100 million in revenue, leading  colleagues and 1000's of clients -complex risk management, middle market and personal high net worth. During the course of her career with MMC she was the Managing Director responsible for Global Client Development, Global Broking Services including Marsh's off-shore operations in Bermuda and Ireland, Connecticut Operations and other executive posts. Margaret believes strongly that “I am successful only when my colleagues and clients are successful”. “A firm is nothing without them”. Margaret has an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Iona College. Margaret achieved the designation of Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University and has an ACC designation from the International Coach Federation.
