Founder and President of Humanics, Inc. since 1980, Byrne provides management consulting, executive coaching, survey, and training services for private and public sector clients. Formerly with Xerox Corporation, he served as President of Xerox Learning Systems, Vice President of their Education Group, and Director of Corporate Management Consulting Services. Byrne was the lead consultant for American Productivity Center's White Collar Productivity Projects, Regional Council Chairman for the Quality & Productivity Association, Project Manager for Connecticut's Workforce Enhancement Projects, and a Board Member on the Trustees' Visiting Committee for Rochester University's Graduate School of Education.
Byrne has an A.B. degree in psychology from St. Joseph's University and a master's degree in education from the University of Rochester.
