Matthew Broderick

General Management


Having served in a wide variety of senior level positions throughout his career, Broderick was most recently a Principal and Board Member for GHR Systems Inc., a leading provider of lending automation technology, small business finance, and residential mortgage businesses. He founded The Home Mortgage Network Inc., the first computer-assisted mortgage loan origination service to operate successfully within the real estate brokerage business. He was General Manager of a large independent residential real estate firm and, before that, General Manager for Allied Signal's largest industrial chemicals business at which he led a management buy-out venture involving a portion of the business.

He has been affiliated in senior positions with Sales & Marketing Executives International, the Editorial Advisory Board of the American Management Association, the Real Estate Finance Committee of the National Association of Realtors and was a member of the Electronic Financial Services Council and Housing Roundtable. 

Broderick received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed post-graduate work at Syracuse University and completed the Executive Program in Business Administration (EPBA) at Columbia University.
