Terry Walker recently retired after a 32-year career in sales and senior management roles in the commercial office products industry. In his most recent position, he served as a Senior Director at Staples Advantage where he led the firm’s mergers and acquisitions initiatives to find and prepare new firms for acquisition and integrate those firms’ employees, customers and operating systems into Staples’ North America organization. A corporate problem-solver and strategist, he also directed Staples’ effort to reinvent compensation plans to be aligned with future trends and drive increased sales and profits. Terry’s leadership roles included Region President, Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development.
Terry is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in team-building, sales process development, negotiations, customer life-cycle management, business development, e-commerce systems and strategy. His areas of expertise include sales, marketing, finance, and warehouse and distribution operations. He served in the U.S. Army prior to entering business world.
