Biography

Utilizing strong and extensive business acumen in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, cost control, teambuilding and business development,  Diaz- Tubbs has a proven track record of success in profitably growing market share in the hospitality,  high-tech manufacturing and financial services industries.

She has comprehensive experience in new business development which included the responsibility for new product/solution launches, targeted marketing, promotion strategies, advertising, lead generation, marketing/sales metrics and ROI.

Skilled and responsible for long and short term strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost control, revenue and profit growth, P & L responsibility and accountability, she has also managed and developed high-performance teams to meet strategic business goals in multiple international locations.

Among her many assignments, she served as President/CEO of AMTX, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation; Vice President & General Manager Global Solutions Financial Services and Insurance Group; and Vice President of Upstate New York  Residential Mortgage Marketing, Citicorp/Citibank NA.

She is currently the co-owner and managing partner of the Cedars, Ltd. which owns and operates the Cedars of Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast, the oldest and largest boutique inn in Williamsburg, Virginia.
