BiographyFrank achieved the highest level of executive sales management, during an impressive thirty-five five with The Standard Register Company. He was a driving force in the company’s approach to large/strategic account selling. Frank consistently developed world-class sales teams that gained industry recognition, resulting in long-lasting customer relationships. His “down to earth” approach with customers clearly defines his true value of being a trusted advisor. He is the a decisive sales leader; receiving top ranking by sales representatives and sales managers alike. His passion for sales discipline led to the creation of Standard Register’s Sales Learning and Development organization. Frank’s leadership in this area has helped embed sales methodologies, coaching mastery principles and sales on-boarding, into the sales organization. Frank sat on the Advisory Board of several sales training companies and has led sales instruction for strategic account selling and strategic negotiation.
Following his successful career with Standard Register, Frank spent eighteen months in a client advisory role for a NY start-up company. Then in July 2013, Frank joined former colleagues, as Managing Partner, to create Butler Street Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Management degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
