Larry Coe is an experienced leader and manager of science, engineering, and technology-based organizations. As a career US Air Force intelligence officer, he led organizations, including research centers and analytical laboratories, acquiring and analyzing data on foreign nuclear technology. In the private sector, he managed an engineering team that determined the status of the damaged nuclear core at Three Mile Island; was Executive Vice President of an employee-owned small business providing environmental and energy consulting services; and completed a career managing organizations supporting programs of National importance at a technology integration company in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets.
At Science Applications International Corporation, Larry led and grew Divisions and Operations applying engineering, physics, chemistry, modeling and simulation, sensors, robotics, and contract R&D to solve client needs. In addition to providing management, environmental, and operations consulting services, he managed large multi-year contracts, the implementation of a corporate enterprise financial system, and the development and execution of corporate policies and procedures. He was a member of the corporate acquisitions and divestitures team, leading internal coordination, due diligence, and post-close integration phases. Larry retired in 2015 as Vice President and Director of Operations responsible for promoting collaboration among functional departments including contracts, procurement, IT, project control, human resources, and finance.
Larry has a BS in Chemistry from Florida State University, a MS in Systems Management and a MA in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
