Lee Clarkin has over 20 years of experience in large corporate and institutional banking primarily developing treasury management solutions for the government sector, as well as, the highly regulated healthcare and insurance industries. She has both developed sophisticated cash management products and marketed highly customized banking solutions for a major national bank. As a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Ms. Clarkin continually keeps current with technology advances and regulatory changes in the banking industry. Most recently, as a consultant and joint business owner of PDG, Inc., Ms. Clarkin has been instrumental in designing and implementing banking solutions for many of the largest state-contracted, child support collection and disbursement systems in the country. She is both adept at evaluating government-issued proposal requests (RFPs) and developing winning proposals. Ms. Clarkin also monitors and prepares comments specific to proposed bank regulatory changes by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Reserve Bank Board, addressing client concerns.
PDG, Inc. the consulting firm co-founded by Ms. Clarkin relocated from Chicago, Illinois to Williamsburg, Virginia in 2005. Ms. Clarkin is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in marketing.
