Full Description
Provide on-site and phone support of faculty, staff, and students with technology used in the Mason School of Business. This includes troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS systems, Android and iOS wireless devices, AV systems, and on-site classroom support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues using available resources. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. Desire and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.

Schedules are constructed based on the students’ availability and the specific needs of the department. Current available shifts are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am – 5pm.Hourly Wage:
