The EP Program Coordinator, which reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a dotted line report to the Executive Director of the Executive Partner Program, manages the administrative and project management aspects of the Executive Partner Program and supports executives from various industries from across the country. This position serves as the main point of contact for Executive Partners and serves as the liaison between Executive Partners, faculty, program offices supporting, and students. The role is responsible for the coordination and planning of Executive Partner related events and providing the assistance needed by the EPs o effectively and efficiently provide support to the students of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. 

The Coordinator of the Executive Partner (EP) Program manages the programmatic aspects of the special programs such as the Leadership Development, Field Consultancy, and the Executive Partner programs. 
Core responsibilities include: 
• Coordinate and plan for Executive Partner related events. 
• Research and respond to questions and advise of upcoming events and changes to programs. 
Executive Partner Programs: 
• Prepare and plan all meetings, including the Annual Meeting. 
• Serve as the main point of contact for the EP group and act as the liaison between this group and others.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with administrative support experience. 
• Experience with event or project coordination including logistics and scheduling. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
• Customer service experience in a business environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and varying deadlines. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include word, excel, and outlook with strong database management ability. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Organization Development or a related field of study. 
• Prior experience administering surveys, analyzing results and making recommendations. 
• Experience supporting executive level employees.

Pay Range:

$15 to $20 hourly, commensurate with experience and equity
