Full Description
The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary is seeking to fill a position in the Organizational Behavior-Strategy area. This position is a full-time tenure-eligible position that begins August 10, 2023, and is contingent on funding.
The primary responsibilities of this position are research, teaching and service. The Organizational Behavior-Strategy area is active in the undergraduate program and multiple MBA programs. The Organizational Behavior-Strategy Area includes 8 full-time faculty.

Required Qualifications
• An earned doctoral degree (at time of appointment) in Organizational Behavior or Strategy is required. Commitment to inclusive teaching is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates who can teach courses in change management, strategic management, and other “macro” organizational behavior topics are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those willing and able to teach residentially and in online modalities.
