RIA Checkpoint

Students have access to primary tax documents and secondary analysis for research in federal, state, and local taxation, estate planning, pensions and benefits, international taxation and payroll taxation. It includes AICPA, IFRS/GAAP, FSAB, GASB, & IAS standards, and journals such as the Journal of Taxation and Practical Tax Strategies. It also includes the Federal Tax Coordinator Cases and Rulings. Students may create a personal account. Accounts expire on January 1 and August 1 every year and must be recreated for continued use. Note that a personal account is not required for access to the database.

Students can access this database through the Wolf Law Library. The Tax and Accounting Center contains comprehensive data for Federal, State, and International localities as well data for topics such as Compensation & Benefits, Estate Planning, Sales & Use and Payroll.
