Reunion and Class Gifts
Graduating students and alumni often support the school with a class gift to help celebrate graduation or a class reunion. It works like this.
- Individual class members make personal pledges of financial support toward a common class goal.
- The collective value of these pledges can be recognized as a gift to the Mason Annual Fund, designated for special project, or recognized through a naming opportunity in Miller Hall (for collective gifts of $35,000 or more).
- Employer matching gifts count toward the class totals as well.
- Alumni from the class take the lead in planning and communicating progress.
- Reunion class projects culminate at Homecoming each October. Graduating student class projects are celebrated in the Spring prior to commencement.
A few examples of these gifts are below:
- The MBA Class of 1982 Faculty Meeting Room
- The MBA Class of 1991 Faculty Office honoring Professor Ron Sims
- The MBA Class of 1995 Conference Room
- The Professor John J. Dittrick Jr. Fixed Income Market Fund, established by the MBA Class of 2010
