International Internships
With an internship abroad students gain valuable career and international experience while living and working in another country. Such an experience is especially beneficial to students interested in working in transnational corporations, businesses with international clients or supply chains, or in businesses located in another country.
International internships can be a time-efficient way to visit another country. Students who find it difficult to study abroad within the academic year (possibly because of athletics, or perhaps due to a demanding course load for a double major) may find it easier to study abroad over the summer. However, summer is also when most business students participate in internships. International internships combine the best of both experiences; the career development of an internship and the cultural immersion of studying abroad.
