Student Life

The MBA Program at the Mason School of Business emphasizes a cohesive and supportive business school community that extends far beyond the classroom. Our student run MBA Association (MBAA) centers on both clubs and committees representing various business and social interests. They organize speakers, trips, and facilitate internal and external case competitions, as well as cultural festivals and a full social calendar.

You will quickly find that The College of William and Mary campus, and nearly 20 nearby PGA-quality golf courses, provide ample opportunity for recreation - your biggest challenge will be fitting it into your busy schedule.

MBAs organize intramural softball and soccer and a friendly faculty-student cricket competition has a regular spot on our sports calendar. The MBA Program itself offers a variety of activities both academic and social, from a brown bag speaker series to Mason Idol, a yearly talent show featuring faculty, staff and student performances!

The William and Mary MBA community includes a diverse group of faculty, students, alumni, Executive Partners and who share a common interest in creating a stimulating, personalized academic and professional environment. Approximately 35 percent of our current MBA student body hails from outside the United States. With a growing emphasis on management issues that span the globe, international students add valuable insight to the experiences shared in student teams and classroom discussions.
