Why W&M Flex MBA?

The Raymond A. Mason School’s part-time Flex MBA Program — ranked Top 40 in the nation by Bloomberg Businessweek in 2013/2014 — combines the best of our full-time program — world-class faculty, small discussion-based classes, and executive mentorship — with the convenient scheduling and locations that busy professionals need to balance business school, a growing career, and family.

Top-tier Faculty
Mason’s MBA faculty is consistently ranked among the Top 5 in the nation by The Princeton Review and gets an A+ from Bloomberg Businessweek. The quality of their research and the depth of their industry experience mean faculty members bring up-to-the-minute market-tested business knowledge to the classroom. And because Mason’s part-time MBA classes are small, you’ll have exceptional access to and attention from these leading business thinkers.

Executive Coaching
Just like students in Mason’s Full-Time MBA Program, you’ll have the option to be personally coached by a member of our unique Executive Partners Program. Executive Partners is a network of active and retired business leaders who share their knowledge and networks with Mason students.

Diverse, Talented Student Body
The William & Mary pedigree and Mason’s faculty reputation attract some of the best business professionals in the region. As a part-time Flex MBA student, you’ll study alongside bright, ambitious professionals from a wide variety of industries. Together you’ll tackle class projects, share insights from your own work experience, and build networks that will last a lifetime.

Convenient Location and Schedules
William & Mary’s part-time Flex MBA Program is designed with working professionals in mind. Classes meet one night per week at the William & Mary Peninsula Center in Newport News. Most students take two courses per semester and finish the MBA program in 3 years.

An International Perspective
No business school education is truly complete without a thorough grounding in international business practices and the cultural, economic and political forces that influence them. As a Flex MBA student, you’ll have the option to take international business electives that include faculty-led travel and field study to locations such as Brazil, China, and Rome.
