Our Distinguished Faculty

Students in the Flex MBA Program are coached, counseled, encouraged and led by a distinguished and accomplished team of faculty members of The College of William & Mary's Mason School of Business.

They are the same top notch, doctoral professors who teach in the Full-Time MBA Program. Many have been selected for the Flex MBA Program specifically for their practical experience and classroom approach. The goal of the faculty is to present a broad management perspective, with a focus on strong analytical skills and an understanding of domestic and international business environments. 

Our faculty understand that Flex MBA students are responsible, self-motivated professionals.  While they expect rigorous class preparation and top-notch deliverables from students, they will work with students who have work travel, work/school schedule conflicts, and other issues that arise when teaching professional adults.
