Holiday dinner marks the end of semester for EMBAs
The Executive MBA Class of 2012 celebrated the holiday season and the end of the semester with a formal reception and dinner at the Muscarelle Museum of Art at the College of William & Mary on Saturday, December 3, 2011.
Dean Larry Pulley, Associate Dean Bud Robeson, Assistant Deans Deborah Hewitt and Bill Geary, Executive MBA professors, and significant others joined the Executive MBA students during the event which featured dinner entertainment from the Christopher Wren Singers, an a cappella student group.
The evening also included the naming of Professor John Boschen's "Fearless Forecast” contest winners. For the contest, an award is given to the group that correctly forecasts various economic rates and indexes. This year’s winners were the Chesapeake Study Team consisting of Scott Sale, Brian Ellis, Ed McCarthy, Jaimee Nguyen, and Joel Jacobs. This distinction has become a tradition at the annual dinner.
The event was enjoyable and a perfect end to the semester for the EMBA Class of 2012. The class will return in early January for their final domestic residency period.
