Mentorship
We want you to succeed in our Executive MBA Program. One of the most helpful resources, especially at the beginning of the program, is a mentor from the senior class, who will have a full year of Executive MBA experience under her or his belt by the time you begin the program.
We will assign you a mentor who will sit with you at the Opening Dinner of your first residency period in January. Feel free to ask them anything about the program, and be sure to get their tips on time management and professor personalities! The senior mentoring committee will also give you a presentation during orientation.
Your mentor is the student you can turn to at the beginning of the program. When you become a member of the senior class, you in turn can mentor a new student, marveling at how much you have learned in just one year.
In addition to your mentor, you'll receive a short biography of each new student from your class, as well as the senior and junior classes that you'll interact with over the course of the program. This will amount to about 100 new contacts and the opportunity at a Hospitality Room in the evenings during the residency periods for you to spend more time with your student colleagues. It’s all about networking!
