Checklist of Application Requirements

Early Application Deadline is August 1. Final Deadline is November 15.

All of the following materials must be submitted to the Executive MBA Program for admissions consideration. Classes begin January of each year.

 The Executive MBA Application

  • Fill out the application online

Checkmark Three Letters of Recommendation

  • A letter of recommendation from your immediate supervisor
  • Two additional letters of recommendation from persons well qualified to judge your professional and scholarly abilities
  • Recommendation Form  (pdf)
  • Letters can be sent electronically through the online application process or separately via a pdf form

Checkmark Transcripts

  • All undergraduate and graduate work you have completed; official transcripts need to be sent directly from your academic institution to:

Checkmark Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) Score or Waiver

Checkmark Admissions Interview

  • We will contact you to schedule an interview to complete the application process.

Checkmark $100 Application Fee

  • The application fee of $100 will be waived if you apply before August 1.
  • After August 1, please include a check for $100 made out to Executive MBA Program/College of William & Mary.
  • William & Mary is pleased to waive the application fee for anyone who has served honorably in the armed forces of the United States or anyone who has completed a full term of service in the Peace Corps, Teach for America or AmeriCorps.

Checkmark In-State Tuition Form

  • All applicants (Virginia resident or out-of-state) must complete the "Application for Virginia In-State Tuition Privileges"  form prior to first day of class; there is no difference in the cost of the program to the student. This form is included with the online application for admission.
