Nov. 13-14: Finance for Non-Financial Managers

The goal of this Open Enrollment program is to provide managers and decision makers, without a strong grounding in financial analysis, those tools necessary to understand and interact with the financial side of global competition.

Participants will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of finance, and gain the confidence to communicate with financial practitioners by learning how finance professionals analyze and evaluate financial decisions.

Upon completion of the program, participants will not only be able to understand the finance function within the firm, but also contribute to the creation of shareholder value.
