Hewitt: How the Gulf oil spill will cost you

Finance and economics professor Deborah Hewitt tells CBS Moneywatch that taxpayers may end up paying for some of the spill's final costs.

She says, "I expect a great deal will be funded by the taxpayers and the localities in the Gulf."
