Participate in this formal dining experience! Gain the confidence you need for that business interview meal. Joni Stevens, Head Concierge (with 25 years experience on the White House staff), and LeRoy Stoutingberg, Restaurant Manager and Charles Birr, Food & Beverage Manager, possess a wealth of knowledge in dining and beverage etiquette and will guide you through a five-course meal at the Williamsburg Inn. Training includes tips on wine, plus plenty of time for Q&A. There is space for 35 students on this date so sign up early!
