The Master of Accounting Program is hosting a reception at Miller Hall followed by the annual Gibbs Society dinner with special guest Mark Olson, former Chair of the PCAOB and former Federal Reserve Governor.

Full Description

Stop by for a casual get-together in the Miller Hall Common Lounge on the first floor from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Tours of the building will be given at 3:00 p.m. and again at 5:00 p.m.  Meet up with MAcc alumni, current students and faculty over lemonade and light fare. This year's keynote speaker for the Gibbs Dinner, Mr. Mark Olson, will also stop by.  

At 6:00 p.m., join us at the beautiful Williamsburg Lodge for the annual Gibbs Society dinner!  Mark Olson, former chair of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and former member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, will be our guest speaker. Come hear his views on the impact of regulatory oversight on the audit profession, for both domestic and international audit firms.  

Tickets for the dinner and talk are $46 each. Advance purchase is required.  Payment can be made by credit card or check. To pay by credit card, call Anda Wood at 757-221-2879.
