Funding Options

You made the ultimate civic commitment by volunteering for your country’s Armed Forces. Be sure you make use of all the opportunities that come with it.

Vast improvements to military benefits have been made through the recent Post-9/11 GI Bill and the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students with a military background can now access a world-class education at a fraction of the cost. Depending on which benefits you're eligible as determined by the Veterans Administration, and which you elect to use, additional funding options beyond tuition and fees including housing allowances and a stipend for books and supplies are possible.

To find out what funding options are best for you, visit the Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program pages and contact Kacie McClain, Veterans Services Assistant at W&M at [[w|klmcclain]] or 757-221-2893.
