Professor Howard Busbee quoted in Daily Press

"We are facing the largest decline in the history of the state," Howard Busbee, an accounting professor at the College of William and Mary's Mason School of Business, said of all categories of tax revenue generated during the first seven months of the current fiscal year, which ends June 30.
