Siegel's 35-year career was devoted to working in both domestic and international sales, marketing and manufacturing assignments with ALCOA, one of the world's largest producers of alumina, primary aluminum, and fabricated aluminum products. He retired as Vice President and Director of Alcoa's Sheet & Plate Division. In addition, he spent five years living in Japan as President of Alcoa Japan. He also served as Managing Director of four Alcoa subsidiaries located in Japan and Hong Kong. Following retirement, Siegel joined Alcoa's largest distributor, ThyssenKrupp for five years as Executive Vice President and managed their $1.2 billion Metals and Plastics distribution business in North America. His recent business activities include managing processes such as vendor managed inventory, strategic renewal, and customer-product and service satisfaction programs.
Siegel has a bachelor's degree from Washington & Jefferson College.
