Pam  Krulitz

Biography

Pam Krulitz is a Managing Partner with Paravis Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development firm that helps leaders achieve positive change in performance and presence. She has thirteen years of coaching experience, specializing in working with senior leaders in technical fields as well as CEO’s and Executive Directors of mission-driven organizations.  Throughout her coaching career she has coached dozens of mid-level leaders in leadership development programs to become more effective leaders of their teams, their customers and stewards of the organization.  Her clients have also included numerous senior leaders across industries searching for ways to unlock their own key to greater success.  She has served as coach and advisor to CEO’s and non-profit Executive Directors who value an external sounding board and champion.  Through her coaching, clients develop a greater awareness of themselves as people, organizational leaders and team members.

 

Pam’s professional background also includes large company profit and loss responsibility, corporate staff leadership, technology and business consulting, and entrepreneurial business growth. After beginning her career at Accenture, Pam joined an information technology solutions company. With her partners, she increased revenue eight-fold in five years, serving commercial clients and government agencies. After they sold the company, it continued to flourish under Pam’s leadership, tripling in size in four years. She was named Chief People Officer of the 2000-person acquiring company, where she implemented recruiting and leadership development programs nationwide.

 Pam holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and serves on the faculty of the world-renowned Georgetown University Certification in Leadership Coaching program. She has studied and attended numerous workshops on the relationship between leadership and stages of adult development.  She is a certified Holacracy practitioner, and is certified in the use of the The Leadership Circle Profile 360, Barrett Values Centre’s Culture Transformation Tools, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Myers-Briggs Type Instrument, and the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 assessment suite. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
