C. Howard  Robins Jr.

Biography

Robins is currently providing management consultant services to government and private sector organizations. Robins served as Executive in Residence at Virginia Tech following retirement from NASA. He retired from NASA as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Space Systems Development. He acquired extensive experience in R&D programs, in project management, and in institutional management. Robins participated in the President's Executive Exchange Program as the Acting Director of Research and Development for Newport News Shipbuilding. He received his BS in Aeronautical Engineering (Co-op Plan), a Ph.D. in Physics from Virginia Tech, an MSA in Management from George Washington University, and attended an AMP Program at Harvard Business School.
