Nancy  Turner


Nancy’s career started at Gulf Oil Corporation/Chevron Corporation where she
managed a team of land professionals responsible for oil and gas land activities
along the Gulf Coast with a lease acquisition budget exceeding $50 million
annually. Member of the corporate merger team responsible for planning,
coordinating and implementing the merger of Gulf Oil Company and Chevron
Corporation upstream organizations.

As a Manager in the Global Energy Practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nancy
worked both as a project manager and subject matter expert to global energy
clients re-engineering business processes, organization design and implementing
SAP. She was a member of PwC’s Global Core Competency Group with
responsibility for teaching PwC’s whole systems project methodology to client
project teams and PwC consultants and partners throughout Asia, Europe, the
Former Soviet Union and North America.

As a Senior Organization Development Consultant in Royal Dutch Shell’s Global
Consulting Practice, Nancy worked as an organization development manager and
coach to senior executives and their teams to design and implement projects and
large-scale transformational change in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle

Nancy received her BBA in Petroleum Land Management from The University of
Oklahoma, Norman, OK in 1980 and MS in Organization Development from
American University, Washington, DC in 1991.
