Konta is currently a partner with Baker & McKenzie LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. For more than 30 years, he has specialized in advising clients in connection with tax-qualified and non-qualified employee benefits and executive deferred compensation plans, including defined benefit pension, defined contribution pension, welfare benefit plans, and various compensation arrangements. Konta is an expert in negotiating and drafting employment and benefit plan documents in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His clients include multi-billion dollar public companies with global reach.
Konta has a bachelor's degree from Stern School of Business, New York University, and a J.D. degree from Temple University. He is admitted to the bar in New York.
