574.  Principles of Negotiation. (3.0 hours)
This course uses Game Theory to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding negotiation,  and it provides first hand experience in different bargaining situations.  A number of tools are developed that are useful in planning and preparing for a negotiation. 

576.  Decision Processes Under Uncertainty. (3.0 hours)
Considers the effects of uncertainty on decision-making with emphasis on decision theory, risk analysis techniques, Bayesian learning, and decision complexity.

577.  Management Science. (3.0 hours)
Focuses on principles and pragmatic problem solving. Mathematical programming techniques are used to model aspects of the finance, marketing, and operations functions.

578.  Forecasting Methods and Applications. (3.0 hours)
Provides experience in recognizing and evaluating the economic factors, which influence the firm's future including a basic understanding of business forecasting methods.

579.  Service Management. (3.0 hours)
This course is designed to explore the dimensions of service management and the process of ongoing improvement. Outstanding service organizations are managed differently than their manufacturing counterparts. The results show not only in terms of conventional measures of performance, but also in the enthusiasm of the employees and degree of customer satisfaction.  This course looks at service management from an integrated, "generalist" viewpoint. The material blends strategy, operations, marketing, technology and organizational issues through sectors which include airlines, health care, hotels, restaurants, sports & recreation, and service consulting.
