We invite  recruiting professionals, working closely with  MBA Corporate Relations, to select from our top talent for an internship experience.

A unique differentiator of the Mason School program is the pairing of each student with an Executive Partner committed to the student's personal and professional development over the two year MBA experience. The students  work with the Partners and CareerPREP staff using the CareerPREP system of resources and tools to facilitate the career development process.  CareerPREP is a promise to prospective employers that a William & Mary student will add value as a hard-working contributor to your organization.
