Process for Stipend Reimbursement:
·    Complete the W-9 (if you have Social Security number) or W-8BEN (if you do not have Social Security number) form. Forms are available in the Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC) or within MASONlink Document Library.
·    When completing your W-9 or W-8BEN form you must include your William & Mary student ID # at the top of the form, your current address, your phone number, and you must sign the form.
·    Return the form and original receipts to the Graduate Career Management Center office in person or by email. When traveling with another student and splitting costs, we need copies of the receipts and an email stating cost for each person and that the person paying for the expense was reimbursed by the other and for how much.

You will receive an email to pick up your stipend at the Graduate Career Management Center once it is available. (Total processing time may take up to 30 days.)
