Alexy named to Board of Directors

Kimberly E. Alexy MBA '93 has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of SMART Modular Technologies.  She also will serve on the company's audit committee.

Ms. Alexy is the principal of Alexy Capital Management, a private investment management firm that she founded in 2005.
