Class Giving
Business students and alumni may choose to celebrate important milestone such as graduation or a class reunion with a group gift to the school. The Mason School is now recruiting leaders of graduate reunion classes ending in 4 and 9. It works like this.
- Individual class members make personal pledges of financial support toward a common class goal.
- The collective value of these pledges can be recognized as a gift to the Mason Annual Fund, designated for special project, or recognized through a naming opportunity in Miller Hall (for collective gifts of $35,000 or more).
- Employer matching gifts count toward the class totals as well.
- Volunteer project managers from the class take the lead in planning and communicating the class' progress.
- Reunion class projects are celebrated at Homecoming in October. Graduating student class projects are celebrated in the Spring prior to commencement.
