Reserves

The McLeod Business Library offers its reserve service to provide students with reliable equitable access to materials provided by faculty and required for students to use as part of their course-related materials. Materials include books, photocopied readings, proTylerblem sets, notes, past exams, video cassettes, and audio cassettes. More than one copy of each item may be available.

The circulation periods are established by the faculty member when the reserve is placed in the Business Library. Reserve items are usually available for two hours or 24 hours.

Reserve items usually may be checked on the Library Catalog terminal by course number or professor's name. Business Library reserves are also listed on the Reserve Sheet located on the circulation/information desk in the Business Library. Guidelines and forms for placing materials on reserve are available here.

Loan Periods

24 Hour Reserve - Circulates outside of the McLeod Business Library for a total of 24 hours.

Photocopying

The McLeod Business Library provides a copier for public use. The copier is set to photocopy letter or legal size pages. Copies are five cents per page. The machine will take the College of William & Mary Express card for payment. For those patrons without an Express card please ask a member of the Business Library staff for assistance.

Reference Collection

The McLeod Business Library has a selection of print materials in its reference collection. All books in the Business Library are part of the reference collection and do not circulate outside the Business Library. You may use them as much as you like within the Business Library but they cannot be taken out of the library. Please note that a photocopier is available for public use.

Any book or other item located in the Business Library's reference collection is listed in the Earl Gregg Swem Library online catalog. There is also an online catalog terminal located in the Business Library.
