Faculty may ask the McLeod Business Library to place materials on reserve for their students. This provides students with reliable, equitable access. Materials include books, photocopied readings, problem sets, notes, video cassettes, and audio cassettes. More than one copy of each item may be available.
Reserve items are usually available for two hours or 24 hours. The circulation periods are established by the faculty member when the reserve is placed in the Business Library.
Reserves are listed on the Reserve Sheet located on the circulation/information desk in the Business Library. Guidelines and forms for placing materials on reserve are available here.

Reserve items are available on a first come first served basis. If an item is checked out it will be available to the first person to present themselves at the desk and ask for it after it has been returned. An item on reserve cannot be held for a particular person.
Loan Periods
Desk Reserve - Used in the McLeod Business Library only, limited to 2 hours.
24 Hour Reserve - Circulates outside of the McLeod Business Library for a total of 24 hours.
