Alison is an Audit Sr. Manager in KPMG's Richmond office. She has more than 9 years of experience providing financial statement audit and audit of internal control related services.
Alison has provided professional audit services to clients in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP. Her audit experience includes SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, 401(k) audits, and pension plan audits. She has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in several debt offerings. Alison has managed several complex audits for clients in a variety of industries that include distribution, retail, agricultural cooperatives, automotive retail, construction, and airlines.
Alison is a frequent speaker with the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives and makes presentations to various conferences on new accounting or auditing literature.
