Biographies for W-Z

Lynne Walker:
Semi-Retired: Currently a Principal in Walker&Walker LLC an independent consulting firm specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, change management and strategic communications. In addition Lynne also acts as the Program Director for Leadership Advantage at the College of William Mason School of Business. Formerly a Senior Vice President with Gulf Canada Resources Limited a large Canadian based oil and gas company with international operations. Responsibilities included human resources, information technology, procurement, communications, corporate services and board representation. Significant experience in merger integration, strategic planning, leadership and change management.

Richard Ware:
Active Currently Vice President – Portfolio Manager, The Trust Company of Virginia. Primary experience covers a wide range of investment management duties from business development to research including equity research and portfolio construction, performance measurement and attribution, implementation of asset allocation and diversification strategies, and relationship building. BS in Mathematics/Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, MBA from The College of William & Mary.

David P. Wenaas:
Formerly Vice President of Telecommunications International Inc., a division of TCI, the largest cable television operator in the U.S. prior to its purchase by AT&T. Experience includes development of joint ventures in South America and Asia; lived for three years in Japan to construct and operate first fiber optic cable systems. Earlier experience includes sales and marketing for both industrial and consumer products companies. Currently active in the care giving group, Stephen's Ministry, at Williamsburg Community Chapel. BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University; MS from the University of Cincinnati.

James A. White:
Active. Extensive experience in Human Resource Management. Presently volunteers his time completing Human Resources projects with non profit companies including New Samaritan Corporation, Just One Break (JOB) and Delaware State University. Past employment includes Sr. Vice President, Global Head Human Resources Instinet, Sr. Vice President Human Resources Virginia Power/Dominion Resources and CIGNA Corporation, Vice President Human Resources Heublein, Inc, and various HR organizational responsibilities at RCA Corporation. BA in Sociology from Virginia Union University; MS Organizational Behavior University of Hartford.

Paul E. Whybrow:
Owns and Manages Asian Sourcing LLC, helping manufacturing companies source products and components in Asia or set up operations in the region. 27 years of international and domestic manufacturing experience in the electronics and electromechanical industries, including 12 years residence in Asia. Formerly Senior VP for Asia-Pacific, then the Americas, for Berg Electronics; Director Far East Operations for the Amphenol Corporation; prior to which held various senior positions at the President and Director level within the Hawker Siddeley Group, plc. Experienced in operations and general management, bottom line management, turnaround situations, M&As, preparation of a company to go public and for sale, etc. BSc with Honors in Production Engineering from the City University, London, UK; postgraduate DMS from the Anglican School of Management, Danbury, Essex, UK.

Laurence E. Wilkinson, Jr. (Larry):
Retired. Previously Sr. Vice President and Sr. Commercial Loan Officer for Townebank. Twenty-five plus years experience in the Banking/Finance Industry with expertise in Commercial Lending and Market Management. Previously Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary at First & Merchants Corporation and Commercial Lending Office and Senior Bank Executive at SunTrust Bank (formerly Crestar Bank). BA Political Science, Randolph-Macon College; Graduate work in Humanities, University of Richmond; Diploma of Graduation, Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University.

Leland W. Williams:
Retired from a 30-year career with S.D. Warren, the largest manufacturer of coated printing paper in the U.S. This division of Scott Paper Co. was sold to Sappi Fine Paper in South Africa. Served as the Director of Sales Operations, assuming responsibility for sales support, including sales plans, recruiting, hiring, training, Customer Service, Technical Service, meeting planning, and financial budgets. Gained prior Warren experience as District and Regional Sales Managers. BA in Journalism from LSU.

Robert S. Williams III:
Active. Presently co-founder of International Construction Equipment, LLC, a family business that imports and exports late model construction equipment on a global basis. Previous experience includes Director, Demand Management & Logistics, AMF, Inc.; several management positions with AlliedSignal, Inc.; Marketing Intern Ingersoll-Rand Corporation; Area Credit Manager Deere & Co; and Sales and Marketing Coordinator New England Equipment Co. BA in Economics Bates College, MBA University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

John Wineinger:
Semi-retired. Former VP of Information Systems at Renaissance Reinsurance, LTD, Hamilton, Bermuda. Experience in managing IT infrastructure and Applications development for a multi-jurisdictional firm, developing and integrating new software into business processes, Business Continuity development and testing, Facilities Management, Contract Negotiations, SOX-404 compliance, and management of Intellectual Property. BBA in Information Systems and MBA from Texas State University.

Sharon Wood-Dunn:
Former President of S. Wood Wilson Associates, a Human Resources Training & Consulting firm, Wilton, CT. S. Wood Wilson Associates works with Fortune 500 Companies and Non-profit organizations seeking guidance in the areas of Corporate Culture, Labor Relations, Ethics & Business Conduct and Equal Employment. Ms. Wood-Dunn has over 15 years of corporate experience as a manager/director and has experienced the realities of the changing workforce and competitive global marketplace firsthand in her domestic and international travels. A Business & Communications graduate of Hunter College, professionally certified by Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations and a certified paralegal. She is also an instructor for The Leadership Center of Fairfield University. Her professional affiliations range from community organizations to international organizations involved in education, charity and civic service.

Alfred L. Woods:
Active. Chairman of Insituform Technologies: a publicly traded global leader in infrastructure construction. Founder and President of the Woods Group: providing management consulting services across varied business disciplines, specializing in the restructuring of companies experiencing business reversals, asset rationalization and organizational management. Founding Trustee of the Wight Foundation: concerned with providing educational opportunity to disadvantaged urban youth in the greater Newark, New Jersey metropolitan area. Formerly CEO & President of the WSR Corporation: a retail automotive parts and vehicle repair service distribution business with 5000 employees and outlets in 21 states. BS in Chemistry from Idaho State University; MBA from Columbia University.

Thomas G. Zeni:
Retired. Twenty-four years of financial experience with Phillips Petroleum Co. with heavy emphasis on budgeting, financial reporting and controllership functions. Manufacturing knowledge of plastics (high density polyethylene) and petroleum refining. Among assignments, served as Controller and Business Services Manager for plastics operations in Southeast Asia located in Singapore, and Finance and Business Services Manager of 150,000 bbls/day refinery in West Texas. Member of Board of Trustees for Golden Plains Community Hospital – Chairman of Finance & Planning Committee. BA in Economics from Randolph-Macon College; MBA from the College of William & Mary; Certified Public Accountant.
