The Leadership Advantage on-line system provides a password protected repository for all of the student's personal development efforts.  The system hosts our customized multi-rate feedback tool.  The students undertake four structured 360 feedback cycles during their time in the program.  Each is stored and available for access in their online portfolio.  Detailed reports to help the student analyze their feedback are also provided.  Both the student and the coach can review the reports. 

The system also hosts an online action planning process which guides the student and their coach through the development and executive of their LeAd development plans based on the feedback received during the 360 feedback cycles.  All of the action plans the student develops during their time in the MBA program are accessible through the student portfolio.
