SIMT is located in Stuttgart, one of the most economically dynamic regions of Germany and Europe. With its postgraduate studies and its Management Development Program SIMT has a strong link to the industry in the southwestern German state of Baden-Württemberg and in the Stuttgart region, which is often referred to as the "Silicon Valley" of Europe.

TUITION AND CREDITS

Tuition is paid to the College of William and Mary for credits earned. Students are responsible for funding and procuring travel to Stuttgart. Credits earned during this course of study for all courses passed will be transferred in and applied towards the electives requirements for the William and Mary MBA Degree.

Program Information

The Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology (SIMT) is the joint management school of the universities of Stuttgart, Hohenheim and Tübingen. SIMT was founded in 1998 but calls upon four centuries of educational experience. As a graduate school of management, SIMT exclusively offers postgraduate MBA programs.The SIMT MBA degree focuses on hands-on management know-how and integral business strategies while emphasizing students' team player abilities and decision-making competencies. 

Course of Study

SIMT focuses heavily on case studies. At SIMT, the case method is introduced with particular reference to cross-cultural differences in the group of learners.
