Full-Time MBA

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

Some courses offered at IPADE during the fall semester are taught in English, but most courses are taught in Spanish. For this reason, IPADE offers an Intensive Spanish Course free of charge for those who wish to improve their Spanish skills.

Intensive Spanish is an 80-hour course taught at IPADE. Once registered, attendance is mandatory. There is no additional cost, nor are there required books or materials to purchase.

During the spring semester, all classes are taught in Spanish, thus fluency is required. Due to time constraints during this semester, the Intensive Spanish Course is not offered.

LIFE AT IPADE

IPADE assigns a resident-student “buddy” to every visiting exchange student to assist with arrival in Mexico City. The buddy will advise the incoming student on housing, meet the student at the airport and guide him or her to lodgings. IPADE maintains a database of housing options ranging from shared apartments to rooms in a family's home.

IPADE will, with specific direction from incoming exchange students, assist students with obtaining housing arrangements.

TUITION AND CREDITS

Tuition is paid to the College of William and Mary for credits earned; program fees due to IPADE are waived.  Students are responsible for funding and procuring travel to Mexico City. Credits earned during this course of study for all courses passed will be transferred in and applied towards the electives requirements for the William and Mary MBA Degree.
