Our mission is to link great students and employers.  Build your brand on campus by getting involved- attend training events (such as our Mock Career Fair and Interview Relay), speak in a Career Acceleration Module, or work with our Field Consultancy program.  We would welcome your visit to campus.

Watch MBAs tell their story, read about some of our stars in The Talent Pipeline, or contact one of our Career Advisors to find specific students who would be a good fit for your company.

Employers connect with talented W&M MBA students through posting a position, confidential resume referrals, scheduling interviews and information sessions, and participating in events.

 

 

Post a Position
Advertise job and internship vacancies through W&M’s MBA Career Services office. Typically turn-a-round time for job postings is two weeks depending on the time of year. Posting MBA positions at W&M is a free service.

Steps:

  • Send job descriptions or questions about how to get started to Carlie Johnston.
  • We will post your positions on eRecruiting, our online recruiting system, where students will have 24-hour access to your employment opportunities.
  • Applicants’ resumes will be emailed to you as students apply, or after the deadline you establish.

    Resume Referrals
    We suggest this service for employers seeking a broad range of MBA students or who need to move quickly through the recruiting process. We can email resume bundles by class year, functional area, or based on fit between students seeking employment and prospective employers.

    Steps:

  • Reach out to MBA Career Services to discuss the hard and soft skills you seek.
  • Resumes of referred students will be emailed to you in PDF or Word document format. Typically turn-a-round time for resume referrals is one business day.

    Schedule Interviews
    MBA Career Services welcomes the opportunity to coordinate interviews on campus, by phone or videoconference, or in some cases on-site. Notify Carlie Johnston of your preference and the students you select to interview. Together we will work to arrange interviews to fit your schedule.
