The Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary Flex MBA program is designed for working professionals who wish to pursue an internationally recognized MBA without interrupting their careers. Everything we do at William and Mary is designed to connect you to your career aspirations from the moment you begin. Entering Flex MBA students may begin the program in either January or August each year. Students taking two courses (six credit hours) per semester and attending school year-round can complete the degree over nine semesters. Flexibility has been built into the program to accommodate a professional or personal commitment that may prevent a student from following the program’s prescribed sequence. However, all Flex MBA students must complete the degree requirements within five years of their matriculation.

Curriculum & Degree Requirements

During the 15-week fall and spring semesters, each class meets one night per week Monday through Thursday from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. During the summer semester, class schedules
vary.

Course Scheduling

Core courses are sequenced to promote a building block approach to learning and all students are strongly encouraged to take core courses in the recommended sequence as outlined here.
